Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with King Bee Coffee. We are proud to be a small Canadian business and are committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below for important information regarding delivery, estimates, and responsibilities.


Shipping Estimates & Rates

Shipping rates provided at checkout are estimates only. Actual shipping costs may vary depending on package weight, size, destination, and carrier charges at the time of shipping.

If there is a significant change in shipping cost from what was estimated at checkout, we will contact you before your order ships to confirm how you’d like to proceed.


Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location. While we do our best to ship quickly, we are not responsible for any shipping delays once your package has been handed off to the carrier.


Carrier Responsibility & Liability

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, King Bee Coffee is no longer responsible for your package.

All responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments lies with the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues during transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.


Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Signature is not required upon delivery.

  • Insurance coverage (if applicable) is provided by the shipping carrier, not by King Bee Coffee.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist by providing shipment details or documentation needed to help with your claim.

Shipping Policy to the United States (US).

Shipping Costs and Tariffs:
All prices shown at checkout include shipping charges only, and shipping carrier brokerage fees ONLY.

Any applicable tariffs, import duties, and sales taxes are the buyer responsibility to pay. King Bee Coffee does not include these extra charges if charged.

Customer Responsibility:
Please ensure all shipping and contact information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Taxes and Additional Fees:
Customers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, state taxes, or other local fees not included at checkout.
