That’s why it’s important to consider the journey of your coffee—where the beans originate, how they are processed, and how long they’ve spent in transport and storage. 

After harvest and processing, the beans make their way to a roaster. From there, they go through warehousing and distribution, often sitting for months before reaching retailers—let alone your cup.

We are committed to traceability and freshness. By sourcing our beans directly from selected farms into Montreal; we roast, package, and deliver them to you within days, ensuring a superior and fresher coffee experience!
