Return & Refund Policy

At King Bee Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Coffee Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any coffee beans, ground coffee, coffee capsules, or other consumable goods. Due to food safety and freshness standards, all coffee sales are final.


Returns & Exchanges for Coffee Gear

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on coffeeware and non-consumable items (e.g., brewers, mugs). You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@kingbeecoffee.ca. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at sales@kingbeecoffee.ca right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Coffee beans or ground coffee

  • Coffee capsules or pods

  • Opened or used items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at sales@kingbeecoffee.ca.
